The Nigerian football federation has retained Augustine Eguaveon as the super eagles coach following his outing with the team at the ongoing African Cup Of All Nations.

Before he led the team to Cameroun for the competition, NFF had employed Jose Pesiero to be the head coach for the super eagles team but was ultimately dismissed after eagle’s return from Cameroun.

This no doubt is a good development for Augustine Eguaveon whose victory in AFCON was cut-short untimely by Tunisia at the knock-out stage of the competition.

With Eguaveon being retained, it seems the Nigerian football federation has listening ears for spiritual direction in their affairs and operations.

Immediately after Eagles’ exit from AFCON, Primate Ayodele released a prophecy concerning the fate of the Nigerian team at the world cup qualifiers against Ghana which will be played in March. The man of God started by warning NFF not to take the super eagles job from Augustine Eguaveon despite the fact that someone else had been employed.

The popular man of God noted that Eguaveon will be a major factor in ensuring the victory of the super eagles in the match while giving other spiritual directions concerning the match.

These were his words

‘‘On the World Cup qualifier Nigeria/Ghana, Nigeria has only 68 minutes to score in Ghana and let them (NFF) still use Eguavoen to do that.

“I think the match is coming up soon after the Nations Cup, may be around March or thereabout.God has given them the mandates but if only they listen.

“Firstly, they must not take the Super Eagles job from Eguavoen. Secondly, it is not all these star players that are needed for the games.’’

“What is his name? Musa (Ahmed) must not be part of the team.If Musa plays, Nigeria will lose. I’m not against Musa but he must not play against Ghana.”

Taking a look at the prophetic statement made by the man of God, it’s obvious the NFF has involved God in its affairs by listening to the spiritual directions of Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Primate Ayodele was a major prophetic voice in the outing of the super eagles at the AFCON. He had prophesied that the team will not go far in the competition since 2021.

The attention of Dangote group has been drawn to some misleading reports regarding the commissioning of its Dangote Refinery during the present working visit of President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR to Lagos State.

In a terse statement signed by the Group Chief, Branding & Communications Officer, Dangote Industries Limited, Mr Anthony Chiejina, the Group averred that “We want to state categorically that our 650,000 barrels per day (bpd) Refinery project was never part of the President’s programme on projects to be commissioned.

“For the record, the projects slated for commissioning in Lagos State by President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR include: Lekki Deep Sea Port; 32-Metric Tonnes Lagos Rice Mill, Imota; 18.75km Eleko to Epe T Junction Express road; John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History, Onikan, Blue Line Rail (Phase 1) commissioning (Marina to Mile 2); Groundbreaking for the Blue Line Rail Phase 2 (Mile 2 to Okokomaiko), and MRS Lubricant, a private project in Apapa.

However, our Refinery will be commissioned before President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR formally leaves office in May, 2023, and the public will be duly informed and invited to the epic event.”

Before this statement today, Business Hilights recalls that there had been a fake news in an unverified twitter handle saying President Buhari will among other things commission the refinery which the company debunked and described as fake.
